Equal Marriage
Fundación ProBono Colombia filed a citizen intervention in the process advanced in the Constitutional Court in which the constitutionality of the marriage of homosexual couples was discussed.
This intervention shared international experiences in the approval of equal marriage, nourishing the debate on the implementation of international standards on the right to equality of the LGBTI population.
