The Foundation’s lawyers are representing underage youth who are under investigation for committing crimes so that they can access the District Restorative Juvenile Justice Program. This program seeks to apply alternative mechanisms to the criminal process when the offenders are minors so that the adolescents can have a process of recognition of the damage caused, symbolic reparation and reconciliation with and reintegration into society.  ProBono lawyers accompany the young people in the process of the application of the principle of opportunity.
